REGYMEN started as a small movement - a group of coaches who believed group fitness had lost its edge. Programming was watered down. Coaches were replaced by playlists.
In 2026, REGYMEN was born in Aotearoa. High standards. Quality programming. Relentless commitment to coaching, community, and results.
