Founding 100
The Founding 100 consists of the first 100 eligible new members who complete the membership agreement and required signup and activation steps for a Perform or Compete membership at REGYMEN Silverdale. Access memberships do not qualify. Current F45 members are not eligible, and cancelling and rejoining does not create eligibility. Founding numbers 1–100 are assigned permanently in the order qualifying signups are completed and cannot be chosen.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not reserve a place. A place is confirmed only after the membership agreement and required activation steps are completed.
The 60-Day Performance Proof is a one-time coached opening phase included with a qualifying paid membership. It includes an initial goal consultation, a personalised programme, an assigned trainer, and two 20-minute one-to-one catch-ups at approximately day 30 and day 60. It is not weekly personal training, unlimited one-to-one coaching or a free trial and does not guarantee a particular result. Results depend on attendance, effort, health, recovery, nutrition, and other personal factors.
Membership options and commitment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
- Access Flex: NZ$29.99 per week, ongoing with no minimum term.
- Perform Flex: NZ$69.99 per week, ongoing with no minimum term.
- Compete Weekly: NZ$79.99 per week, ongoing with no minimum term.
- Perform 12-Month: 52 consecutive weekly billing periods at NZ$59.99 per week. The total minimum price is NZ$3,119.48, including GST.
The Perform 12-Month weekly price cannot be increased during its 52-week minimum term.
At least 30 days before the minimum term ends, we will tell the member what happens next. Unless the member cancels, the membership will change to the ongoing Perform Flex membership at the then-current advertised rate. The member may cancel before that change without an early exit fee.
Cancelling a flexible membership
A member may cancel Access Flex, Perform Flex, or Compete Weekly at any time by emailing ash@regymenfitness.co.nz or using the online cancellation option if one is provided.
No in-person visit, phone call, special form, or reason is required.
Cancellation is effective when the request is received. The membership and facility access continue until the end of the current paid week.
No additional four-week notice period or cancellation fee applies. No membership fee is payable for a weekly period beginning after the cancellation request is received. Any payment processed in error for such a period will be refunded.
We will confirm the cancellation within two business days. The cancellation remains effective from the date the request was received, not the date we reply.
Early cancellation of Perform 12-Month
A member may request cancellation before completing the 52-week minimum term.
The early cancellation fee will be the lowest of:
- The discount received to date, calculated as the difference between the Perform Flex rate recorded when the membership began and the NZ$59.99 fixed-term rate, multiplied by the number of completed paid weeks.
- Four fixed-term weekly payments, currently NZ$239.96.
- The membership fees remaining in the minimum term.
No early cancellation fee will apply where cancellation is reasonably required because of:
- A significant medical condition, injury, or pregnancy that prevents ongoing use.
- Permanent relocation more than 30 kilometres from any REGYMEN facility.
- Permanent facility closure or a material reduction or change to the contracted service.
- A right or remedy available under New Zealand law.
We may request reasonable supporting evidence limited to what is necessary to assess the request.
Membership holds
A member may request a temporary hold for travel, injury, medical reasons, pregnancy, or exceptional personal circumstances.
The standard hold is a minimum of three consecutive weeks and a maximum of six weeks in a calendar year. Additional time may be approved for documented medical circumstances.
During an approved hold, membership fees and access are paused. A fixed minimum term is extended by the length of the hold. Requests should be made before the hold begins unless an emergency makes that impractical.
Payments
Any joining fee, payment-provider fee, or other charge must be disclosed before membership activation.
If a payment fails, access may be paused while we contact the member and arrange payment. We will not add an undisclosed penalty.
Cancelling a direct debit through a bank does not by itself notify us that the membership is being cancelled. Members should also use the cancellation method above. This does not limit rights held with the bank or under New Zealand law.
Pre-opening memberships
REGYMEN Silverdale is scheduled to open on 13 November 2026.
Weekly billing and the membership term will not begin before the facility opens and the contracted service becomes available, unless the member separately agrees to an earlier service start.
Any pre-opening amount paid for services not yet supplied will be refunded if the member cancels before service activation.
If opening is delayed by more than 30 days, the member may cancel and receive a refund of amounts paid for services that have not been supplied.
Refunds
Fees for a completed paid membership period are not normally refundable.
Duplicate charges, billing errors, amounts collected for periods after an effective cancellation, and amounts paid for services not supplied will be refunded.
Nothing in these terms limits a refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by law.
Price and service changes
We may change the price of an ongoing flexible membership by giving at least 30 days’ written notice. A member may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Material service or term changes will be explained in advance. Changes will not retrospectively increase a fixed minimum commitment or remove rights already accrued.
Health and safety
Exercise involves physical effort and risk. Members must follow reasonable safety instructions, use equipment appropriately, and tell the coaching team about relevant health limitations.
REGYMEN coaches can modify exercises but do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Members should obtain appropriate medical advice where required.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
New Zealand consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Privacy Act 2020, or other applicable New Zealand law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
