Join REGYMEN Silverdale’s Founding 100 on Perform or Compete and start with our 60-Day Performance Proof: an initial goal consultation, a personalised programme and two one-to-one reviews with your assigned trainer. Plus exclusive founding benefits and a permanent place among our originals.
Who qualifies
- Available only to new members joining Perform or Compete. Access memberships do not qualify.
- Current F45 members are not eligible. Cancelling and rejoining does not create eligibility.
- A place is confirmed only when you complete the membership agreement and required signup and activation steps. An enquiry, booked consultation or expression of interest does not reserve a place.
- Founding numbers 1–100 are assigned permanently in the order qualifying signups are completed. Numbers cannot be chosen.
60-Day Performance Proof
- An initial goal consultation

- Two 20-minute one-to-one catch-ups, at approximately day 30 and day 60
- A progress review and next-step recommendation at your final catch-up
Goals can include building strength, improving fitness, developing nutrition habits, working towards body composition goals, or preparing for HYROX, running or another event.
The 60-Day Performance Proof is a one-time coached opening phase included with a qualifying paid Perform or Compete membership. It is not weekly personal training, unlimited one-to-one coaching or a free trial, and it does not guarantee a particular physical result. Nutrition support stays within your trainer’s qualifications.
Compete already includes its standard coaching. For Compete members, the 60-Day Performance Proof is a defined introductory programme and does not add any further ongoing coaching entitlement.
Additional founding benefits

Earned after completing six months of membership. It is not a day-one gift and does not create a six-month minimum contract.
Priority class booking
Early access to class bookings before general bookings open. A place in every class is not guaranteed.
Permanent founding number and recognition

Founding recognition and founding educational access continue after cancellation, subject to event booking and capacity.
Standard membership prices, inclusions and contract options are unchanged. The 60-Day Performance Proof and founding extras are additional to your standard Perform or Compete membership. There is no Founding 100 discount or rate lock.
