REGYMEN Silverdale is operated by REGYMEN NZ LIMITED, company number 9449208 and NZBN 9429053870858, trading as REGYMEN Fitness.

In this policy, “REGYMEN”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to REGYMEN NZ LIMITED.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Your name, email address, mobile number, and contact preferences.
• Information provided through an enquiry, booking, membership application, survey, or conversation with our team.
• Training goals and any health, injury, accessibility, or fitness information you choose to provide so we can support safe participation.
• Membership, attendance, facility-access, billing, and transaction records.
• Fitness assessment, performance, and body-composition information where you choose to participate in those services.
• Communications with us, including booking and customer-support records.
• Website and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source, campaign attribution, and cookie or analytics identifiers.
• Marketing preferences and consent records.

Payment information may be processed by our payment providers. We may receive payment status and transaction references, but we do not intentionally store full card or online-banking credentials.

How we collect information

We usually collect information directly from you when you use our website, submit a form, book a call, contact us, visit our facility, complete an assessment, or become a member.

We may also receive information from authorised booking, membership-management, payment, communications, analytics, or advertising providers.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and manage bookings.
• Explain membership options and administer memberships.
• Provide facility access, coaching, assessments, and member support.
• Process payments and maintain financial records.
• Support health, safety, security, and incident management.

• Send marketing where permitted and provide an unsubscribe option.
• Improve our website, services, campaigns, and member experience.
• Prevent misuse, protect our rights, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share information with

Where reasonably necessary, information may be shared with:

• REGYMEN staff, coaches, and authorised service providers.
• Booking, membership-management, payment, CRM, email, SMS, hosting, security, analytics, and professional-service providers.
• Regulators, emergency services, advisers, or law-enforcement agencies where required or permitted by law.
• Another party where you have authorised the disclosure.

Some providers may process or store information outside New Zealand. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate privacy protections.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies and, where permitted, analytics or advertising technologies to understand website use and campaign performance.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, health information, fitness goals, and form answers must not be sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Non-essential tracking must respect the visitor’s consent choice.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Access is limited to people and providers who require the information for an authorised purpose.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required to provide our services, administer memberships, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, tax, or safety obligations. Information is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Marketing

Promotional email and SMS consent is optional and must be unchecked by default.

You may unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us. Necessary messages about an enquiry, booking, payment, safety matter, or active membership may still be sent.
